Marketing & Communications Executive

About the role

Keyper is hiring a Marketing & Communications Executive to own comms, copywriting, and campaign execution as part of our marketing team. You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing, helping shape how Keyper sounds across every channel, not just keeping things moving. We're looking for someone enthusiastic and sharp enough to take a brief, understand the intent behind it, and run with it: making calls on tone, structure, and message. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants real ownership early in their career.

What you'll do

•      Write and edit copy across channels: campaign messaging, social, email, landing pages, internal comms, press materials

•      Support day-to-day marketing operations: briefs, timelines, stakeholder follow-ups, asset tracking

•      Help manage relationships with agencies and partners (creative, PR, media)

•      Draft and proofread external comms and press materials, keeping tone and terminology consistent with brand guidelines

•      Flag inconsistencies or gaps in messaging before they go out

•      Support campaign planning and reporting as needed

What we're looking for

•      At least 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or copywriting (agency or in-house)

•      Strong writing: clear, human, able to adapt tone across formats and audiences

•      Comfortable working across multiple workstreams at once without losing precision on details

•      Good instincts for brand and tone, someone who can hold a style guide in their head, not just reference it

•      Proactive: brings solutions, not just problems

•      Based in Dubai

Nice to have

•      Experience in fintech, proptech, or another regulated/brand-sensitive category

•      Familiarity with Canva, Meta Ads Manager, or CRM/campaign tools

•      Arabic language skills
