Financial Analyst - Intern

Keyper is a fast-growing company redefining how people interact with property ownership and investment. We are looking for a Financial Analyst Intern to join our team in Dubai and support our Strategic Financial Analyst across investor reporting and due diligence for our equity and debt assets. 

Role Overview 

As a Financial Analyst Intern (3–4 months, with potential for full-time conversion) you will work closely with the Strategic Financial Analyst to support investor reporting, due diligence, and financial data management across Keyper's equity and debt asset base. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to investment analysis, investor relations, and financial modelling within a high-growth, VC-backed company.

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. 

• 1–2 years of relevant experience (internships, part-time roles, or academic projects in finance or investment-related fields are welcome). 

• Strong Excel proficiency (formulas, pivot tables, basic modelling); Pitch deck skills are a plus. 

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, especially when handling sensitive financial data. 

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 

• Real estate experience is preferred but not mandatory.
